Amanda Ioco

As a former student, Amanda Ioco is very proud to be a member of the 5678 Dance faculty. She joined our staff in 2011 and has since expanded her portfolio of genres taught, to also assisting Creative Director Jennifer Levine with the 5678 Dance Company. 

Amanda joined the 5678 Dance family as a student in 2006. As a member of the 5678 Dance Competition Team, she had the distinct honor of performing in numerous venues such as the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, FL. and in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel.  She spent her childhood splitting her dance training between Long Island and NYC, performing at venues such as Symphony Space, Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall, before finding her permanent home at 5678 Dance.

She received her Business Management degree as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She continues her dance training at Broadway Dance Center while advancing her career as a visual artist. She is the current Education Coordinator for the not-for-profit, Urban Studio Unbound and an instructor at a specialized art after school program both located in Yonkers, NY. It is Amanda’s desire to further pass on her knowledge and love of all forms of art, including dance, to her students.
