Ms. Levine has performed at the Apollo Theatre, on television, in showcases, movies, and commercials. She has had the honor and privilege of being requested to choreograph dances for her students to perform during the half-time shows for the NY Knicks and the NY Liberty at Madison Square Garden and at Radio City Music Hall. Ms. Levine also was invited to choreograph a performance for the New York Dragon's half-time show at the Nassau Coliseum. One of Ms. Levine’s most treasured moments was when her national award winning team was requested to close the Dance America’s show at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom.
Under Ms. Levine’s direction, 5678 Dance has garnered numerous awards and honors, including Platinum, Elite, National Elite Top 1st Honors, National Titlists, Dancer of the Year National Finalists, Best Choreography, Most Entertaining, National Best Precision Dance Team, and was Ranked #1 Overall Nationally. Her group Glory, performed at Westbury Music Fair and won the 2002 McDonald's Gospelfest competition in the praise dancing category and was featured on Cablevision's Channel 12 News. Her students have also appeared in commercials and Off-Broadway Productions. Many have been accepted to perform on college dance teams and have also received partial & full scholarships to college.
Ms. Levine has had the extraordinary opportunity to be able to choreograph and accompany the Hip Hop group Positive Energy to Milan, Italy. Positive Energy performed on the hit television show Michael Bonjourno where they competed with other children from all around the world. This event was featured on Cablevision's Channel 12 News and in Newsday.
Jennifer Levine graduated with high honors from the Levittown School District. Ms. Levine is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing Communications. Ms. Levine has always devoted herself to working with children. While in college she volunteered to teach inner city kids to dance. Her love of children and the rewards she felt working with them paved the path to establishing the 5678 Dance School. It is Ms. Levine’s belief that all children be given the opportunity to express themselves thru the arts and to remember to always give 100% in anything that they do in life.
