Caitlin Rodriguez-Green is a New York State Certified Public School Dance Educator for K-12 public schools in New York City and is an NDEO (National Dance Education Organization) Dance Honors Graduate of Hofstra University.

Caitlin began her dance training at the age of 3 in her hometown studio in Washington State, where she was a part of her studio's competition team and local high school's nationally ranked dance team. Caitlin moved to Arizona in 2006 to pursue her Associates of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance at Glendale Community College. While at Glendale, Caitlin trained in styles such as modern, ballet, jazz and Graham Technique. In 2011, Caitlin moved to New York and transitioned her dance career from performing, to education and began to pursue her passion for teaching. Caitlin graduated from Hofstra University with her Bachelors of Science in Dance Education in 2013. 

Caitlin joined the 5678 Dance Faculty in 2012 and has loved being a part of this amazing dance family. Caitlin believes in every student's ability to dance and enjoys pushing her students to see and feel the unique talent that each of them have to share with the world.
